I am a 57 year old male that is extremely busy with family and career. I was referred to Samantha (Core strength personal trainer) by the physical therapist who worked with me after my second back surgery. That was almost two years ago and it was one of the smartest things I have done to improve the quality of my life. The personal training aspect was important to me because I could schedule a time that would work for me and Samantha chose exercises that were specific to my back issues.
The training concentrates on improving core strength with focus on exercises specific for my Back, shoulders, hips and improving balance. Making a commitment to do personal training was necessary for me because I would never do this kind of program on my own. The thought and preparation Samantha does prior to each cession has kept me virtually pain free and physically confident to go about my activities of daily living without any thought to my back. My only regret is that I should be doing two sessions per week rather than one! Samantha is very knowledgeable, professional and worth every cent of the fee she charges to keep me healthy! Thanks Sam!
