Sam’s background in gymnastics, classical ballet and competitive cycling, as well as 20 years as a trainer have given her a solid background in body mechanics. Her focus on core strength for the last 10 years has helped many people move from one level to the next in their respective sports, and has helped reduce back and neck pain for people with a history of back issues.
