Sam has been teaching core strength classes for 10 years.
“Core” is a popular buzzword. Most people think that it only refers to your abdominals, but it’s actually much more than your abs. Core refers to the midsection of the body between the hips and shoulders, and it’s the basis for all movement.
We combine pilates, yoga, and gymnastic training moves, using balls, bands and body weight to strengthen and stretch core muscles, enabling you to extend yourself in all fields of activities. With consistent attendance you’ll find yourself able to do things you may not have been able to do before. Physical activity will seem easier and more sustainable. You will minimize back pain, joint pain and muscle strains, feel good and most importantly, have fun while getting strong!
These classes are physically demanding, and challenging for all levels of participants. No co-ordination is needed!
